Senpai Studio

Where creativity meets technology.

A creative technology studio. We build and ship continuously, and run small experiments in between, the kind that push what creativity and technology can do together.

Most studios pick a side. We never saw the point.

The people who can imagine it and the people who can ship it are usually in different buildings, billing you twice to misunderstand each other. Here they are the same team.

01  Capabilities

What we can actually do.

01

Brand & product design

Identity, interface and the design system underneath, so the tenth screen looks like the first.

  • Identity systems
  • Product UI
  • Design systems
  • Art direction
02

Engineering

Software that runs a business, built to stay running. Deployed and kept alive on infrastructure we own, not rent.

  • Web applications
  • iOS and Android apps
  • Internal company systems
  • APIs and integrations
03

AI systems

AI built into how a business actually runs, not bolted on the side. From a single automated task to an operating system a whole team works from.

  • Autonomous agents and workflows
  • AI-native products
  • Operational systems for a whole business
  • Automation across a company
04

Film & story

The part most technical teams skip. Work nobody understands does not travel, and work that does not travel changes nothing.

  • Documentary film
  • Photography
  • Essays and field notes
  • Launch content
02  How we build

The standard doesn't shrink with the scope.

  1. 01

We say no more than we say yes.

If it does not fit four weeks honestly, we tell you what does.

  2. 02

The team that ships it is the team you talk to.

No handoff to a name you never met.

  3. 03

You can fire us and keep everything.

Code, designs, accounts, domain. Yours from day one.

  4. 04

    Exclusions are written down first.

A scope that hides its edges is a trap, not a scope.

  5. 05

Small work gets the same discipline.

Four weeks means launched to real users, not a demo.

03  What's on offer

Three ways in.

04  How it works

Four steps.

  1. 01

    Tell us

    A rough idea is enough.

  2. 02

    We scope it

One conversation, fixed before anything is paid.

  3. 03

    We build

Real progress weekly. No end-of-project reveal.

  4. 04

    You launch

Live on your domain, or your money back.

05  The portfolio

Selected, not automatic.

Client work is the client's. The portfolio is a separate thing we choose into.

06  Who you get

A small core, and a bench behind it.

Studio runs deliberately small. When a project needs a skill the core does not have, it comes from the Collective, not from a job board.

The Senpai Collective

A vetted community of designers, developers and creatives with a contribution record you can actually check. Specialists join a project when it needs them and step off when it does not.

07  Questions

Before you ask.

Who builds my product?
The Senpai core team, with Collective specialists where the project needs them. Nothing goes to strangers.
Does my project go into your portfolio?
Only if you want it to. Client work is yours: you pay for it, you own it, and it stays private if you say so. The portfolio is a separate, selected thing.
What is not included in Launch?
Native app-store apps, and third-party costs: domain, paid tools. Anything past the agreed scope is scoped as new work.
How does the guarantee work?
Scope agreed in writing before we start. If we miss it in four weeks, you get your money back.
Is the AI real, or a slide?
Where it earns its place: agents, automation inside a workflow, friction removed for a real user. We do not add it to pad a list.
